Refund, Cancellation, and Rebooking Policy

Please note that flight tickets that are refundable will qualify for refunds. Non-refundable flights are not entitled for a refund. Flightservicestnc.com cannot refund the booking fee for flights booked with low-cost airlines.

Costs Associated with Flight Rebooking

In order to change the airline, a fee will apply. If there is any fare difference between the original and the new air ticket issued, the fee will also be applicable.

Compliance Issues

Flightservicestnc does not refund unused ‘Pay As You Go’ credits for flight tickets that were canceled due to compliance issues. Please review our terms and conditions and other policies before booking flights with us. We can disable or cancel any ticket if our compliance team finds any misconduct or misuse of our system.

Resolving Chargebacks

Please note that requesting a chargeback will cancel your payment to Flightservicestnc and disable your ticket. To resolve this issue and activate your ticket, get in touch with our support team to purchase your order again.
